Todays Has Been Better

Today has been better from a emotional standpoint but I have been keeping myself busy.

I mopped the kitchen floor this morning and then cooked breakfast. Then did Dads physical therapy and got him showered, then helped get laid down on the bed for a short nap before the UM vs SDSU game. They want him to lay on the bed for a couple hours a day so he does not get any pressure sore issues developing from sitting in his wheel chair. Cooked up some lunch, then watched the game.

Sadly the Griz lost the game. So congrats to SDSU. They are back to back National Champions.

Unfortunately Colleen is stopped in Three Forks, MT due to a wreck on Cardwell hill that has the Interstate shut down. She is at Wheat Montana having a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll waiting for the traffic to start flowing again. So I guess if you have to stop that is not a bad way to have to wait. Just got a update from her, she is back on the road, she took some secondary roads and got around the wreck and got back on the Interstate and should be here in the next hour.

Now I am cooking up a pot of chili for dinner. Will probably also whip up some polenta to go with that. Dad likes to have Polenta with his Chili. I am becoming quite the culinary expert the last few months.
