Puppet Master

Well it is becoming clear who our country’s new leader really is going to be and also clear who is kissing the ass of the supposed ring bearer. They have not even taken the reigns and are already making a mess. It just makes me so look forward to 2025 and beyond, NOT!

A sick kind of karma is occurring. The below photo that was on Facebook would at one time made me laugh, if it was not so true. However, it is really mislabeled. He is not stealing, he is just collecting on what he paid for and the majority of the American public gave it to him on a silver platter.

All I can say is buckle up folks, it is going to a real crazy ride for the next four+ years. I wonder what the Vegas odds are on the 25th Amendement being invoked in the first year. Might have to look into that when I get back to Nevada.

Yesterday was a football watching junk food eating day. No shortage of Christmas goodies around the folks house. Just what I don’t need, but screw it it is Holiday season.

All I can say is the FCS semifinal games were much more exciting to watch than the first round FBS play off games. SMU and Tennessee really looked pathetic.

Very happy to see MSU make it to the National championship game on January 6. Butte’s Touchdown Tommy had a hell of a game and I was happy to see him walking off the field. He took some pretty big hits in that game as he left nothing on the field. The NDSU vs MSU should be a good contest.

The weather here in Elk Park has been unseasonably warm, especially for Elk Park. Two years ago they had a -74 degree wind chill. This morning it was in the 20’s. We got a dusting of snow last night and I was out shoveling it in my sweat shirt and my mad bomber hat. As long as my head is warm I am good. I could (but wouldn’t be) one of those guys in the stands with no shirt (of course I would probably get escorted out of the stadium for impersonating a whale).

Anyway, it was a slow paced day yesterday. That is good because the next few days will probably be crazy as we close in on Christmas Day.

Well enough for today, need to do something productive.
