Punch To The Gut

I had a big trigger late last night.


I did not get my mail until late last night (around 10:00 pm) in the mail was a "Life is Good" catalog. Anyone who knew Jennifer, knew she really liked Life is Good stuff. For whatever reason seeing that catalog got my eyes watering.


I don't know if it was knowing that she would no longer be buying that stuff or knowing that's it was something she really enjoyed. Whatever it was it really felt like a punch to the gut and I will be honest I did not sleep well last night. I tossed and turned all night.


Anyway I am over it, but it is weird how little things like that can really get to you. It was almost as hurtful as the day she left me.


Well, I better get moving, I am playing in a golf tournament this morning. So it should be a Life is Good day, but it sure was not last night.
