No Kings Protest

I proudly attended the Butte, MT “No Kings” day protest event with my sister Colleen this afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised with the turn out. They estimated there was 550-600 people who attended. We ran into a couple of my old high school classmates and my cousin Pat Ryan.

Overall it was a pleasant and peaceful event. We got flipped off about 10 times and some of those were repeats of idiots that drove by several times. We were right at the stop light so we got to interact with some of the Trump Humpers. So we got to tell a few folks to Fuck Off when they were spewing hatred out their windows. Most of them just flipped the finger, but there were a few that spewed some bullshit out the window.

Now I dont like to stereo type people, but the majority of these folks were in vehicles that were in poor condition and their personnel hygiene was questionable. Now these folks are obviously thinking that Trump,is working for them. When in reality, he would absolutely have nothing to,do,with them. He would,not cross the street to piss on them if they were on fire, but they have obviously been brainwashed by FOX news and can’t see the forrest for the trees. Oh well!

We ran into a couple that I know from Pickleball. The husband said this was his first political protest. His wife said that he was in Vietnam the last time there was protesting.
