Merry F’ing Christmas

Merry F’ing Christmas from the great white north! Oh wait it is May 8 and not December 25. WTF!

Dad and I made it back from Missoula at about 7:00 pm last night. We surprisingly had good roads until we hit Woodville Hill last night. Then it was crap all the way through Elk Park. We had about 2 inches of heavy wet snow when we got to the house (which is good, it is needed) but it sucks getting it in May.

It snowed off and on through the night and we now have about 3 inches of snow and it is snowing (not real hard) again right now. Probably won’t be here too long , we are supposed to be in the high 60’s this coming weekend.

Overall the trip was good.

We had just enough time between his Dr appointments to get to visit my Aunt Betty. She is approaching her 90th Birthday on June 1. We took her some candy.

Last night I did not sleep worth a crap. I woke up every hour on the hour and was having a hell of a time trying to go back to sleep. Finally at 5:00 am I just gave up and got up.

When I would wake I would get to thinking about Jen so I would try reading for a bit and would maybe get a page or two in then would fall back to sleep for a little bit (45 minutes) and then back up again.

Hopefully tonight I will sleep a little better. Well I better get moving and go shovel the walkway in front of the house. Need to take Mom and Dad into town for an appointment at noon and run a couple of errands in town, so I am burning daylight.
