I Have Done My Part

Yesterday I went and voted. If there is anything I have learned through this journey, is that tomorrow is not guaranteed. So I figured I would get out and make sure I did my part to try and keep the Cheetolini from getting back to the White House just in case something were to happen between now and Election Day.

I would never be able to forgive myself if I did not vote against the Orange Messiah, so got it done as soon as it was possible to do so. Yes I could have mailed my vote in but I wanted to do it in person for several personal reasons. So I have done my part.

Please make sure you do yours (even if you are crazy enough to vote for the orange clown). Way to many people made the ultimate sacrifice to give us all that right. So VOTE!

I am sure that my vote was canceled three times over in this community. Shortly after I voted the parade of vehicles with Trump flags and banners pulled up into the parking lot. I will be honest I have taken to chuckling about seeing these idiots (in my opinion) and their flags all over their vehicles ever since I saw a post on Facebook that said “idolizing a politician is like believing that the stripper really likes you”.

Yesterday I sat out on my patio and watched a little College Football and Major League Baseball. It was such a nice afternoon/ evening to do that. I know my great nephew Bode is probably coming out of his skin today hoping that his beloved Mets can keep their quest to get to the World Series alive.

Potentially a subway World Series in the making. The Spankees punched their ticket last night and if the Mets can beat the Dodgers it will be so. If not we will have another classic East Coast vs West Coast Series in the making. If that happens I bet those players would be wishing the old supersonic Concorde was still flying as that will be a brutal travel schedule for both clubs. However for the money most of those guys are making I am sure they will charter very nice planes with all the luxuries to lessen that burden.

Well today we have a Sunday Funday Pickleball event and then Sunday evening Bocce so should be a fun day/ evening

Well I better get to moving.
