Goodbye Jimbo

While Jennifer would never wish anyone to lose their job, she would have been very happy to see Texas A&M finally send Jimbo Fisher packing. She would have done it about 2 seasons ago. She about blew a gasket when they extended his contract in 2021. For a host of reasons she really did not like the guy, and as I had mentioned before she was disappointed that Bobby Patrino joined Jimbo at A&M instead of taking the UNLV job.

We both enjoyed watching SEC Shorts on YouTube and she would have enjoyed this week's installment about Jimbo's firing. Don't get me wrong we were not big Texas A&M fans and were never going to be. However living in Texas you get inundated with Aggie news. So she followed it and she formed some strong opinions about Jimbo and his program. I used to find it humorous how passionate she would get about some things that just years previous she would not even know anything about. College football was one of those things.

Anyway if you have never watched SEC Shorts you should, these folks come up with some very humorous content on SEC College football issues and as I said we always looked forward to each weeks installment. Over the years they provided some good laughs. This week's installment was no exception.

Well I better get to doing something productive, the clock is ticking on my heading North and I better get the house ready for my departure. I did get a box stuff shipped off yesterday, but need to get working on my bag and gathering all the stuff I need to bring with me.
